INGREDIENTS:

1/2 t. salt
5 lg. red potatoes (peeled and thickly sliced)
1 lg. red bell pepper (seeded and chopped)
1 lg. green bell pepper (seeded and chopped)
1 lg. onion (chopped)
5 cloves garlic (minced)
1 bunch fresh cilantro (chopped)
2 T. olive oil
1/2 cup dry red wine
1 t. ground cumin
1 t. dried oregano
2 fresh or dried bay leaves.

DIRECTIONS

1. Spray PAM® coating on all sides of slow cooker pot. Place cubed pieces of Market Day Sazon Chic'NSteakes into the sprayed slow cooker, and cover with the potato slices.
2. Puree the red pepper, green pepper, onion, garlic, cilantro, olive oil, wine, in a blender. Pour over the chicken and add the bay leaves.
3. Cook on Low for 4 hours, until the chicken is easily pulls apart. Add onions, peppers about 1 hour before done (will not be soft or mushy).
